We invite you to make the occasional – or even monthly – donation to the Marie-Robert NeuroTrauma Foundation by cheque or money order.
You can make your donation in memory of a deceased loved one, or even leave a donation in a will.
Official receipts for the purposes of income tax deduction are only issued for donations of $25 or more.

download a donation form (in French). Once completed, return the form to the Marie-Robert NeuroTrauma Foundation by fax, email or regular mail at the address indicated at the bottom of the form.
